If you sign up to my email list, download a free resource or contact me, I may collect information such as:

If you sign up to my mailing list, your name and email address will be stored by my email marketing provider, MailerLite.

 

You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.

I use third-party services to help me run Midlife Riot Club, which may process your personal information on my behalf. These currently include:
